Celebrity Cruises updates loyalty program with new milestone rewards

Celebrity Cruises is enhancing its Captain’s Club loyalty program with new milestone rewards designed to recognize its most loyal cruisers. Beginning June 11, 2026, Elite Plus and Zenith members will be able to unlock additional perks at specific Club Point thresholds without needing to reach a new loyalty tier.

Instead, the cruise line is introducing milestone benefits that reward members for continuing to earn points after reaching Elite Plus and Zenith status.

New rewards include additional Premium Wi-Fi, larger specialty dining discounts, complimentary photos, embarkation-day dining perks, surprise in-room amenities, and even a complimentary Sky Suite cruise for members reaching the highest milestone levels.

Previously, Captain’s Club members only received major new benefits when advancing to the next status tier. Under the updated program, Celebrity Cruises will recognize members at several point milestones between Elite Plus and Zenith, as well as beyond Zenith, providing more opportunities to earn rewards along the way.

The changes are designed to give Celebrity’s most frequent cruisers additional recognition and benefits throughout their loyalty journey rather than waiting years to reach another status milestone.

New rewards begin at 1,500 Club Points

Captain’s Club Elite Plus members who reach 1,500 Club Points will receive several new benefits on every sailing, including:

  • 480 minutes of complimentary Premium Wi-Fi
  • 20% off specialty dining
  • One complimentary onboard photo
  • A surprise in-room amenity on their milestone sailing

The Wi-Fi benefit represents a significant increase from the 240 free minutes currently provided to Elite Plus members.

Additional perks unlock at 2,250 Club Points

  • Complimentary “Extend Your Stay” experiences on disembarkation day where available

Celebrity is also introducing recognition levels beyond traditional Zenith status.

For the first time, Celebrity Cruises will recognize members who continue accumulating points long after reaching top-tier Zenith status.

Guests who reach 6,000 Club Points, referred to as Double Zenith, will receive:

  • All 3,000-point milestone benefits
  • Complimentary specialty dining lunch on embarkation day for every sailing
  • One complimentary specialty dining dinner during their milestone sailing
  • Champagne delivered to celebrate their achievement

Those reaching 9,000 Club Points, known as Triple Zenith members, will receive:

  • All 3,000-point milestone benefits
  • A complimentary seven-night Bermuda or Caribbean cruise in a Sky Suite
  • Complimentary specialty dining lunch on any day of every sailing
  • One specialty dining dinner during their milestone sailing
  • Champagne delivered to celebrate their achievement

The new recognition levels are among the most generous loyalty rewards Celebrity has offered to its highest-spending and most frequent guests.

The milestone enhancements follow Celebrity’s introduction of Points Choice in January 2026.

The program allows guests to apply loyalty points earned while sailing with any Royal Caribbean Group brand to the loyalty program of their choice. This includes Celebrity Cruises, Royal Caribbean International, and Silversea.

For example, a guest sailing with Royal Caribbean can choose to apply earned points toward their Celebrity Captain’s Club account, helping them reach status faster on their preferred cruise line.

Points Choice builds on Royal Caribbean Group’s Status Match program, launched in 2024, which allows loyalty members to receive equivalent status recognition across the company’s three cruise brands.

Together, the programs create one of the most interconnected loyalty ecosystems in the cruise industry.

Celebrity Cruises says the new milestone rewards will be available on sailings departing June 11, 2026, and later.

The cruise line says the changes are intended to provide more opportunities for recognition and rewards between traditional loyalty tiers, particularly for guests who sail frequently enough to continue earning points after reaching Elite Plus or Zenith status.

Captain’s Club members earn Club Points based on their stateroom category and the number of nights sailed.
