T-Mobile is giving customers a free Norwegian cruise with a new 7-night booking

T-Mobile customers have a new cruise perk available for a limited time, and this one could potentially be worth hundreds of dollars for travelers already planning a Norwegian Cruise Line vacation.

Through T-Mobile Travel, customers who book a qualifying 7-night or longer Norwegian Cruise Line sailing can receive a complimentary 3- or 4-night Bahamas cruise for two passengers.

The promotion, listed as Offer ID 28062, is available for new bookings made September 8 through September 15, 2026. To qualify, the original cruise must be booked in a balcony stateroom or higher.

T-Mobile Free Cruise Promotion

The promotion is appearing on numerous Norwegian Cruise Line sailings through T-Mobile Travel, including cruises aboard some of the line’s newest ships.

However, there are several restrictions to understand before booking, including a relatively short period to redeem the complimentary cruise.

How T-Mobile’s free Norwegian cruise offer works

According to the promotion’s terms, customers need to book a qualifying Norwegian Cruise Line sailing through T-Mobile Travel between September 8 and September 15, 2026.

The original cruise must be at least 7 nights long and booked in a balcony stateroom or higher. Eligible cruises include select Caribbean, Bahamas, Bermuda, Mexican Riviera and transition itineraries departing between November 1, 2026 and October 21, 2028.

After booking, customers should receive a certificate with details about their complimentary cruise by email within 7 days.

The certificate must then be used to book the complimentary cruise by October 15, 2026. This gives customers a relatively short period between receiving their certificate and having to select their second cruise.

Additionally, you’ll want to be fairly confident in your ability to take the original cruise before booking solely for this promotion.

T-Mobile’s terms state that if the qualifying cruise is canceled or rescheduled, the complimentary cruise will also be canceled. The offer is valid on new bookings only and may not be combinable with the rates shown or certain other promotions.

What does the free cruise include?

The complimentary cruise is valid for two passengers sharing an inside stateroom on select 3- or 4-night Norwegian Cruise Line Bahamas cruises. Eligible complimentary cruises must depart between December 10, 2026 and April 30, 2027.

This means customers won’t be able to choose any short Norwegian cruise. The specific eligible sailings and redemption instructions will be provided with the certificate.

According to the terms and conditions, travelers can potentially upgrade from the included inside cabin for an additional charge. 3rd and 4th guest fares and cruise extensions can also be purchased when available.

In addition, there are added costs you’ll want to consider. The promotion’s terms state that charges apply for discretionary onboard service charges and optional package selections.

As such, cruisers should carefully review the certificate when it arrives to determine exactly what will and won’t be included with their specific complimentary sailing.

I found a qualifying 7-night cruise for just $1,090 for two people

Norwegian Encore Pool

I searched through the eligible cruises on T-Mobile Travel to see how cheaply someone could take advantage of the new promotion.

The cheapest qualifying balcony option I found was a 7-night Mexican Riviera cruise aboard Norwegian Encore departing Los Angeles on November 1, 2026. The cruise sails roundtrip from Los Angeles through November 8, visiting Cabo San Lucas and Puerto Vallarta.

When I checked T-Mobile Travel on September 8, a mid-ship balcony stateroom was priced at $439 per person, plus $180 per person in taxes and fees.

That brought the initial price for two passengers to $1,238. T-Mobile Travel then applied $148 in T-Mobile Cruise Credits, dropping the total price to just $1,090 for two passengers. When looking at Norwegian’s website, the same sailing is available for $1,218, or essentially the same price.

Because this is a balcony cabin on a qualifying 7-night Norwegian sailing, the booking should be eligible for T-Mobile’s complimentary cruise promotion.

In other words, a couple could spend $1,090 total for a 7-night Mexican Riviera cruise in a mid-ship balcony cabin and receive a certificate for an additional 3- or 4-night Bahamas cruise for two in an inside cabin.

That’s about $545 per person for the qualifying weeklong cruise, including the taxes and fees shown by T-Mobile Travel.

Cruise prices are dynamic and can change at any time, but this was the cheapest qualifying balcony option I found while researching the promotion on September 8.

Other Norwegian cruises are included in the promotion

NCL Star in Scotland

Here are some of the qualifying Norwegian Cruise Line sailings I found through T-Mobile Travel. These are just a few examples of sailings that qualified for the offer.

  • Norwegian Escape — 7-night Caribbean cruise from Port Canaveral, departing November 20, 2026
  • Norwegian Aqua — 7-night Western Caribbean cruise from Miami, departing November 1, 2026
  • Norwegian Luna — 7-night Caribbean cruise from Miami, departing November 7, 2026
  • Norwegian Star — 7-night Mexican Riviera cruise from San Diego, departing January 16, 2027
  • Norwegian Epic — 7-night Caribbean cruise from Port Canaveral, departing January 10, 2027
  • Norwegian Prima — 7-night Caribbean cruise from Port Canaveral, departing November 1, 2026
  • Norwegian Breakaway — 7-night Caribbean cruise from New Orleans, departing December 13, 2026

Cheaper inside and oceanview cabins may appear while searching through T-Mobile Travel, but those cabins do not satisfy the terms of this particular offer. If you normally book an inside cabin, it might not make sense to spend significantly more for a balcony just to earn another cruise.

Should you take advantage of T-Mobile’s free Norwegian cruise deal?

For the right person, this could be a valuable promotion.

The strongest use case is someone who was already planning to book a 7-night or longer Norwegian cruise in a balcony cabin. In that situation, the complimentary cruise is essentially an additional benefit on top of a purchase they were already going to make.

You’ll also need to consider the terms and conditions of the offer. First, you need to make the initial booking by September 15. Then, you’ll need to redeem the free cruise certificate by October 15. Finally, you will need to take the complimentary cruise between December 10, 2026 and April 30, 2027.

This could be a tight timeline for some people to plan two vacations.

Moreover, I would also compare the total T-Mobile Travel price with the price of booking the exact same cabin directly through Norwegian Cruise Line or another travel agency before committing.

The free cruise only represents significant savings if you aren’t overpaying for the original one. However, if you have enough flexibility to take advantage of the offer by booking two cruises, it’s a deal worth considering before the booking window closes on September 15.
